Deliveries and Returns

Delivery
  • We usually process the orders within 3 working days of purchase.  All our items are handmade to order and may take up to 7 working days to complete. Curtains and Blinds have a delivery date of appoximately 3 – 4 Weeks.
  • Please allow up to 10  working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.
  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
  • An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your order
  • Standard UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class for small items however other carriers may be used for larger items.
  • Royal Mail First Class aim to deliver the majority of items within 1- 2 working days, although there can be delays*
  • We do ship worldwide
  • International shipping costs apply

  • If you select a ‘signed for’ service, please make sure someone is at home to receive the package. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. We can resend it, but additional postage costs will be applicable.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping, in this case you must file a complaint with the carrier.
  • If an item does not arrive, providing we have dispatched the item and have the relevant proof of postage, we must submit a missing parcel form with the carrier prior to any exchange/refund being offered. In this case it is the carriers policy that we wait 15 working days (UK) and 20 working days (internationally) before this can be done.
  • Please note:  If your item is an International Delivery it can take up to 20 working days to arrive.

Return Policy

  • As all our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for items.
  • We cannot guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to shop@albacraft.co.uk, before sending the item back
  •  Items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, or washed).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
  • The cost of returning the item to us will be refunded.
  • No refunds for items damaged in shipping, in that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier

Exchange/Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that as all my items are handmade I cannot offer an exchange or refund.
  • In the case of Roman blinds and Curtains, once the order has been confirmed by payment cancellations are not possible.
