The tradition of a Christmas stocking comes from the story of St. Nicholas the Gift Giver throwing gold coins down the chimney. They were then caught in the stockings hanging up to dry on the mantle piece by the fire. The result is a long held tradition which over the years has made the ‘Christmas Stocking’ into a must have item for your Christmas decor and bringing the quality of Harris Tweed into your home for years to come.
Fully lined with cotton lining with a fur top. It measures approx 43 cm (17in) x 24 cm (9 half in).
You can also personalise your Christmas stocking with a name on a hanging tag.
